Our Story

Ellipse Aircraft UK Ltd is the exclusive dealer for ellipse aircraft in the UK. We are dedicated to providing these incredibly capable aircraft that ensure a smooth and safe flying experience. With a focus on excellence, our team guarantees reliable services and is committed to customer satisfaction.

Why The Ellipse?

I have spent the past 7 years and 500 hours flying microlights and I wanted an aircraft that was't as easily affected by thermals and turbulence. The elliptical wing on the Ellipse is designed not to be the fastest wing, but the most usable in turbulent and unstable air. I have flown the aircraft in the mountains of the Czech Republic at midday in 30 degree heat and found it to be incredibly stable in turbulence which when combined with the excellent cruise speed range gives you an extremely capable touring aircraft with an almighty range thanks to 2 x 60 litre wing tanks.

Currently the aircraft is undergoing type approval with the BMAA and our demonstrator is on order, which should be arriving at some point in September 2025. The test flying has been completed and we will not be taking any orders until the type approval is done or at least an imminent certainty, however, we of have a list of potential buyers who will be given the option to order one of these magnificent aircraft by way of a "waiting list", therefore, if you would like to be added to such a list or have any questions around the Ellipse, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
